How useless can an airline app actually be.
Not much functionality apart from the bare minimum. Of which theres no guaranteed it will work anyway. Just tried to check in. The app will not accept Voyager number as a login.
Unfortunately reflects the general service on offer from a state-run airline where no responsibility or accountability is required.
SAA should be ashamed.
